Before work starts

You can cancel any order before we begin your reading and we will refund you in full. Just reply to your order email.

AI-written readings reviewed by a person (Life Reading Book, Year Ahead Reading, Compatibility Reading, Chinese Name Report)

These are personalised digital readings prepared for you. Once delivered, they can't be returned. If a reading is missing something listed on its page, or is based on details different from the ones you gave us, email us within 14 days and we will correct it or refund you.

Human readings (Hand-chosen Name, Full Written Reading)

Once work on your reading has started, we will refund the part of the work not yet done. If a delivered reading is missing what was promised, we will complete it or refund you.

Video readings

You can reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your session. Cancel more than 24 hours ahead for a full refund. Missed sessions without notice are not refunded.

What we can't refund

Readings are for entertainment and self-reflection, so we can't offer refunds because you disagree with what a reading says or because events turned out differently.

Memberships and physical goods

These are not on sale yet. Their terms will be added here before they launch.

Your legal rights

This policy adds to, and does not limit, any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
