These terms apply when you use the Bazi Garden website (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by Bazi Garden (“Bazi Garden”, “we”, “us”), an independent project run by a small team based in China. You can reach us through our contact form.

2. What the Site is for

The Site offers content about the Chinese almanac, the 24 solar terms, Bazi and the Five Elements, free tools such as quick charts, AI readings and Chinese name ideas, and paid readings. All of this is provided for entertainment, cultural curiosity and self-reflection only. Please read our Disclaimer.

3. Who may use it

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site.

4. Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the Site. That includes trying to break or overload it, scraping it automatically, getting around usage limits, or using it for anything unlawful.

5. Free features and limits

Free features, including AI readings, may be limited per day and may change or stop at any time. When AI capacity is used up, we may show a simpler standard reading instead.

6. Paid readings

We offer one-off readings: readings written with AI and reviewed by a person on our team, readings done by hand by a Bazi reader on our team, and video readings. The price (in US dollars), what is included and the expected delivery time are shown before you order.

When you place an order, we send you a secure payment link from our payment provider (card or PayPal), unless you are taken to checkout directly. Work on your reading starts after payment. Delivery times are estimates; if we expect a delay we will tell you. You are responsible for giving accurate birth details, because the reading is based on them.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Memberships and physical products will be described here when they launch.

7. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, illustrations and calligraphy are ours or used with permission. You may use content generated for you (for example, your name ideas) for personal purposes. Please do not copy or resell the Site's content without permission.

8. No warranties

The Site is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or always online.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the Site's content, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change is significant, we will say so on the Site.
